Hannah Storm

Award-winning journalist, producer, and director Hannah Storm is a pioneer in broadcasting, an author, an advocate and philanthropist, and a mother of three young women. 

Storm’s decorated career in broadcasting includes a variety of roles at ABC, CBS News, NBC Sports, and CNN. Storm joined ESPN in 2008, where she is the co-host of SportsCenter, The Rose Parade, The NY Marathon and The Boston Marathon. In 2008, Storm founded Brainstormin’ Productions and has directed and produced award-winning documentary films and branded content. Film projects include the 6-part doc series Grails “When Sneakers Change the Game” (HULU, Gold Awards in both the Documentary and Streaming categories of the New York Festivals TV & Film Awards; Rowdy (SEC Network); Danica (EPIX, 2-time New York Film Festivals Award winner); Love & Payne, (espnW, ESPN); Shaq & Dale (SEC Network, ESPN, ABC); Swoopes, (espnW, ESPN); Moving the Goal (ESPN, Gracie Award winner); and Unmatched (ESPN, Peabody Award winner, Gracie Award winner). In addition, Storm has directed branded content/web series for Under Armour, Oakley, Proctor and Gamble (Gracie Award winner), Ford, and Gillette. Storm is currently in production with the NBA and IHeart radio on a podcast series “NBA DNA with Hannah Storm”. 

 Storm graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1983, receiving communications and political science degrees. Storm also holds an honorary Doctorate from the University of Portland for Public Service. She is president of the Hannah Storm Foundation which funds surgeries for children suffering from vascular anomalies.
